Baking Choco Lava Cake with Chef Mima!

Tuesday, January 26th, Development Class students made their own choco lava cake with Chef Mima from Mima’s Kitchen.

This year’s Chef Visit is conducted virtually from each student’s kitchen. We started by melting the chocolate, mixing all the ingredients, then steaming them within the allotted time! Yes, we set the timer, because we want the smooth texture in our cake.

And after all the process, the choco lava cake is ready…

Are you curious about how it tastes? Very delicious! Our students look very happy when they eat their homemade cakes.
